Fill out the Nottingham Shilohs' Puppy Application
We expect our puppies to remain a part of our family so we are very careful in deciding the families we place them with. The questions you'll find in our puppy application are designed to help us determine what temperament will best fit your needs, lifestyle and environment. It is in your best interests to be as truthful and open as possible in answering our questions. Filling out the application does not automatically guarantee a puppy, nor will it rule any potential owner and home out. We use it as a tool to help us when we speak to you further about your wants and needs.
All form fields are required.

Our Shiloh Shepherds are part of our family and live in our house. They live their lives side by side with ours and we wouldn't have it any other way. Our dogs vacation with us, go to events with us, and we train with them. They’re constant inclusion and socialization to new things has made them very open and accepting of new experiences.

We actively work in fostering and rescue and our pack is used to sharing their home with foster dogs we take in.
